12 Return and Refund Conditions
Casa da Silva does not accept the return of goods. However, we attach great importance to the quality of the merchandise that we offer, which is why you can return products if they have a noticeable defect or if the packaging is defective.
If you notice these anomalies on one or more products, they will not be subject to a refund but will be replaced. The products will be replaced as long as the containers are returned at least 3/4 full and with the original cap within 7 days of receipt.
